The most predictable path to building a million-dollar business

If you want to get something rolling in July, that’s the way to go.

On to the most predictable path to a million dollar business.

Hint: local services!

Why, because there’s money everywhere.

The markets are huge.

You’re not competing with the best Facebook ad buyers on the planet — you’re competing with your local neighbor who still takes bookings on a spiral notebook.

That’s why folks from our community are crushing it. Think about it: most of these companies don’t even have online booking. It’s like an entire industry stuck in 1995, and a bunch of Redditors are rolling in with modern tools and taking over.

That’s how we went from $0 to hundreds of millions a year so fast.

Here are a ton of screenshots from people who joined in and are killing it.

Click to see redditor after redditor. Shoot the last one was launched by a 19 year old kid, they got to $2mil per year in 2 ½ years. It took me 3 years to get $2mil per year!

Will this work for everyone**?**

Nope. But if you’ve been stuck dreaming up the “perfect app” or still haven’t figured out your next move, this might be the fastest way to build something real.

BTW, the fastest-growing Y Combinator company back then was also a cleaning business.

OK — on to the case study. If you want to launch in 30 days starting July 1st here’s a day-by-day breakdown.

(Tip: Do one small thing a day or you’ll burn out. This is a marathon, not a sprint.)
