Step 2: Set Up a "Digital Office"

Here’s what you need:

You can build this out in a few weeks

Step 3: Build a Team Without Hiring Employees

You don’t need staff—just contractors.

Go to:

  • Ask cleaners at apartment complexes if they want more work
